SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

  • Order Processing: In-stock orders require 2-4 business days to process. Special-order items take 7-10 business days for processing.
  • Shipping Times: Standard ground shipping (FedEx/UPS) takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.
  • Shipping Estimates: Based on item availability and your chosen shipping method, estimated dates will appear at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are weight-based and rounded to the nearest pound, as per shipping carrier policies. Free shipping is available for select products within the lower 48 states. Additional shipping fees apply outside this region.
  • International Shipping: Some products have restrictions and may not ship internationally.

 

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be new, unused, resalable, and include all original parts and packaging.
  • Unacceptable Returns: Returns will not be accepted if the item has been installed, mounted, welded, altered, or tampered with (including electronic parts). Special-order items are non-returnable.
  • RMA Required: To return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Diesel Power Source at 801-930-8404 or sales@dieselpowersource.com. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
  • Member Responsibility: Members are responsible for all return shipping costs and insuring the returned items.
  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. A 15% restocking fee will be applied, and a 10% repackaging fee will be charged if the original packaging is damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

  • Process: Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Delays: Processing times vary by bank. Contact your bank or credit card company if you experience delays.

 

Exchanges

  • Defective/Damaged Products: Items that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same product. Contact sales@dieselpowersource.com to initiate the exchange and obtain an RMA number.

 

Reporting Issues

  • Missing/Damaged Items: Any shipment discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Diesel Power Source will resolve any reported shipping errors.
