HE300VG 6.7 Dodge Cummins Turbocharger Replacement

The DPS Outlaw series performance turbochargers are becoming the new standard for power, performance, and reliability. DPS engineers have corrected flaws found in the OEM turbos for enhanced reliability and performance. The Outlaw OEM series is a stock-appearing, drop-in replacement for Holset HE300VG turbos (& HE351VE) on 2007.5-2024 Cummins ISB 6.7 engines. These turbos are direct bolt-ons, requiring no installation kits—just bolt them up and go. Available with FMW compressor wheels in stock, 64mm, and 67mm sizes, they also feature Inconel turbine wheels that match the compressor size. The 64mm and 67mm options come with larger turbine wheels, improving both air and exhaust flow for more top-end power while maintaining excellent drivability, throttle response, and exhaust braking. With a brand new actuator and larger low-moment-of-inertia exhaust wheel, you’ll experience reduced backpressure, lower EGTs, faster response, better turbine flow, and increased airflow—especially with the 64mm and 67mm wheels. This results in power potential up to 650 horsepower with performance modifications. Pre-calibrated actuators for most trucks—just drop in and enjoy the extra power!
