CORE RETURN PROCEDURE
THE FORM INCLUDED WITH YOUR TURBO PURCHASE MUST BE PROPERLY FILLED OUT AND RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BOX WITH THE CORE.
All cores and re-useable crates must be returned to Diesel Power Source within 30 days of receipt. Failure to include the proper form will result in a partial or full forfeiture of your core charge. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise indicated separately. Ship all cores to the addresses provided on the CORE CHARGE RETURN FORM.
Upon the receipt of a core, Diesel Power Source will determine the condition of the core and refund all, part, or none of the core based on the condition as outlined in the CORE ACCEPTANCE POLICY. Any damages or excessive wear may result in a deduction of the core refund. Please allow 14 to 21 days to receive your core refund. If you did not purchase the product directly from Diesel Power Source, the credit will be sent to the company from which you purchased the product. If purchased directly from Diesel Power Source, a check will be mailed to the billing address.
To receive full core credit the core MUST be re-buildable and of the same make and model year that the product was purchased for.
