(3)
Enhance your 2007.5-2018 Dodge Cummins 6.7 with our 3rd Gen Swap Kit, a superior alternative to traditional 2nd Gen swap kits. This kit allows you to keep your turbo and manifold in the factory location, simplifying installation and boosting performance. It includes a DPS 2-piece exhaust manifold, S300 or S400 turbo options, and all necessary gaskets and hardware.
Choose from a range of S300 and S400 turbo options, each designed for different performance needs:
Our wastegated T3 turbine housings provide superior spool-up times, especially below 800 HP, compared to non-gated T4 housings. The Turbonator VGT upgrade further improves spool-up by 200-300 RPM, enhancing low-end torque, engine performance, and drivability.
This 3rd Gen Swap Kit offers easier installation, faster spool times, and better reliability than 2nd Gen swap kits. It also supports exhaust braking with the Turbonator VGT upgrade. Whether you're towing or seeking top-end power, this kit delivers exceptional results.
Kit Includes:
• DPS 2-piece exhaust manifold
• DPS wastegated turbine housing (can be upgraded to Turbonator VGT)
• Gaskets, nuts, bolts, studs, and other necessary components
Please Note:
• Requires a programmer for turbo delete on 6.7L Dodge Cummins.
• Emissions delete items are not provided.
• Head studs recommended over 40 PSI boost.
• Transmission upgrades recommended for over 400 rear-wheel horsepower

Turbonator® VGT Exhaust Housing Benefits:
Benefits over competitor's 6.7L Second gen swaps:
I love my 2nd Gen Swap on my 2012 6.7 Cummins but it is my daily driver and hated the spool up but when it lights it pulls like a freight train. I know have the best of both worlds with this housing for my s467.7, it spools awesome and makes it great for a daily driver!
After replacing two of the factory turbos on my 2013 ram I said enough and was looking for a 2nd gen S464 swap kit. I found DPS 3gen kit for a lot less money, budget was tight so I went with DPS and so glad I did. I got their 66/74 S366 billet at their recommendation. My truck has about 200* lower egts and way better power, it doesn't feel so choked up. Install only took about 3 hrs, if I wasn't already deleted it would have been longer. I did lose my exhaust brake, but hoping to get the dps Turbonator with tax money in a few months. I'm really happy with it so far!
So I just purchased one of these guys 3rd gen swap kits and let me tell you: WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Should have done this a long time ago, I have a 2018 with a manual trans and I decided to go with the s366 option. Absolutely hands down would never want a VGT ever again! Being a manual, the VGT affects how you shift believe it or not, after I installed the s366 this truck shifts amazing! If you are thinking about doing a third gen swap on your truck, DPS will not disappoint
2016 ram 3500. The truck is really responsive and dosen't hiccup when you let off the throttle. The old turbo and manifold were seized together but the swap went together with ease and a lot less cussing and skinned hands. Love the 3rd gen exhaust tone.
Best decision ever, was to get rid of the stock turbo. I went with your 66 turbo with stock fueling and the performance has been what you said it would be. I look forward to getting your VGT turbo housing soon.
After paying way too much for a stock replacement turbo, I looked into this kit. I had several items removed from the engine and went with a 3rd Gen Swap . I went fixed turbo and love it have several thousand miles on it now and waiting to get the Turbonator turbo
