Our D-Tech 64mm, turbocharger, for 3rd Gen 2003-07 Dodge Cummins 5.9 liter engine, is a great, quick-spooling performance turbocharger.

Horsepower Gains typically be between 35-70 rwhp, depending on truck modifications.

Our new wastegate configutaion allows for a very quick-spooling 65mm turbine wheel to be used, while flowing on top end with a larger turbine housing, without comprimising the spool-up.

The D-Tech 64/12cm/65, turbocharger fits 1994-2007 Dodge Cummins 5.9 liter engine.  Yes it will fit 12v, 24v and Common Rail Engines.

This turbo is perfectly engineered to offer excellent driveability, while making a huge drop in EGT's, and large horsepower gains. Spool up is very reasonable. Whether BD, High Tech, Industrial Injection, or other brand, these are all based on the same base turbo platform, with modifications. We have engineered our D-Tech Turbo to waste gate double the volume, plus improved the spool up with tightened exhaust scroll, combined with a compressor which flows appx. 1190 cfm.  This turbocharger will out spool the competition every time, and flows tons of air to 550 hp. 

HUGE SHAFT MEANS MUCH MORE STABILITY.

If you have performance injectors, an Edge, Bully Dog, PPE, Hypertech, Quadzilla, or any other performance chip, your truck is screaming for mercy because of the high EGT's. This turbo is a must to keep those temps in check.

Comes with a 1-year, 1-time limited replacement warranty.   Easily bolts right on, we offer turbine housings in both 2nd and 3rd Gen sizes (4.0 inch and 4.4 inch).

12 & 24 valve engines, need a 4 inch exhaust downpipe.

Outperforms BD, High Tech (HTT) and Phat Shaft Turbo, up to their 66mm size.
