1994-1998 Dodge Cummins 12V

The DPS 3-Piece Manifold for the Dodge Cummins engine is both a great performance manifold and a factory replacement manifold. This 3-Piece Manifold is cast from Poly-Bendum Ductile Iron (which can handle extreme heat).  We've designed this manifold to increase turbo spool-up, and increase exhaust gas efficiency. 

Stock manifolds are known to shrink significantly, causing manifold-cracking, gasket problems, and exhaust flow problems created by exhaust port misalignment. Our 3-Piece Manifold, on the other hand, allows manifold to expand and contract with heat, eliminating warping and cracking to the manifold, eliminating the dreaded manifold shrinkage.

Our 3-Piece Manifold has improved air flow allowing better fuel efficiency while increasing overall horsepower and torque.

Features Include:

•  Flow tested and balanced for increased balanced exhaust flow, while maintaining velocity for increased turbo spool up
• Includes block gaskets, and two bolts
• Drilled/Tapped ports, for pyrometer and pressure fitting

Below shows the pictures of a stock manifold on a Cummins, which had shrunk so much from heat that after pulling one bolt out, the holes in the manifold were over 1/4 inch off from the head holes.  The bolt wouldn't even go back in, and the manifold had to be cut off.  It would have eventually broken either the manifold or head. It was replaced with our 3-Piece Manifold, and will never have that problem again.  This truly shows the need for this three piece manifold.
