The Diesel Power Source® HE400VG Turbo & Manifold Package combines a brand-new HE400VG VGT turbocharger with actuator, the DPS high-flow ISX15 exhaust manifold, and a complete exhaust manifold hardware kit into one box for 2016–2024 Cummins ISX15 and X15 engines. This package is designed for trucks that need both a turbo and manifold replacement in the same job, whether due to a failed VGT turbo, a cracked exhaust manifold, or both.
Replacing the turbo and manifold together eliminates two of the most common ISX15 failure points in a single installation, reduces total shop time, and ensures that both components are matched for optimal exhaust flow and VGT performance from day one.

Important: This kit does NOT fit HE451VE applications. The HE451VE uses a different compressor cover and actuator configuration. If your current turbo is an HE451VE, contact Diesel Power Source® before ordering.
Why Replace the Turbo and Manifold Together
On Cummins ISX15 and X15 engines, turbo failure and manifold cracking often occur in the same mileage window. A cracked or warped manifold creates exhaust leaks that starve the turbo of drive pressure and increase EGTs. A failing turbo with sticking VGT vanes or actuator issues creates backpressure spikes that accelerate manifold cracking. Replacing only one leaves the other component as a ticking clock.
This package addresses both failure points in one installation. The DPS high-flow manifold increases exhaust flow up to 22% and reduces EGTs by approximately 75–100°F, which directly benefits turbo longevity. The new HE400VG turbo with a fresh actuator restores proper VGT function, which stabilizes backpressure and protects the new manifold.

The 2400° coating provides the highest level of thermal protection and is recommended for trucks operating in sustained high-load conditions such as heavy hauling, mountain grades, or hot-climate operations. The 1000° coating provides excellent heat resistance for standard commercial duty cycles.

Turbo for 2018 ISX15
It bolts right in i do suggest that you get new studs and bolts it would be nice if it was a option for it. Over all very satisified with it. Comes with gaskets too. You do have to pull parts off old turbo so make sure you check everything.
